Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler1 large can peaches in natural juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
hot water

Crust:
1 stick butter or margarine
3/4 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar

Pour peaches in long Pyrex dish. Add 1/2 cup hot water and brown sugar. Stir until brown sugar dissolves.

Melt butter and equal parts sugar and flour. Consistency should be so that you can spoon the crust on top of peaches. Bake at 375° until golden brown. Serves 6.
