1 pound halibut chunks 1 1/2 cups prepared ranch salad dressing 1 cup dehydrated potato flakes Salt to taste
Dip halibut into ranch dressing, then roll into potato flakes and deep fry until golden brown. Remove halibut from frying pan, drain and salt to taste.
