Cherries in the Snow



Cherries in the Snow1 cup Nuts
1 cup Sugar
3 Egg Whites
Cherries
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 rack Saltine Crackers
1 large Carton Cool Whip

Beat eggs whites, add sugar, cream of tartar, teaspoon of Vanilla, rack of crushed Saltine Crackers and nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

After the crust cools, spread Cool Whip on top. Add cherries on top of cool whip.
