Peel peaches and cut in tiny pieces. Add all other ingredients and cook slowly until peaches are very soft. Place all ingredients in blender.
Bake back bones for 3 hours on 250° covered with foil. Remove from oven and baste heavily with glaze. Return to oven and cook at 300° for 30 minutes. Falls apart, good and barely a hint of peach. Yum. Especially good with soup beans and twice baked sweet potatoes.
